We sends all orders by Australia Post. The shipping choice for online orders shipped internationally is AirMail. The shipping time for Australia wide will be 2 to 7 days. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping time to countries outside Australia varies. It normally takes 5 to 15 business days.

Import tax or duty might be charged by customs if products are shipped to countries other than Australia, and this will paid by the customer.Upon request, we will offer insurance or use other shipping carriers. If there are extra costs, we will contact you.
Out of Stocks and Backorders In the unlikely event that one of the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be immediately notified by e-mail. We will ship the remainder of your order and ship the balance when it becomes available( no additional charges). You can also cancel the product which is out of Stock and we refund the amount back to you.
